Aristocrat Interactive seeks a dynamic Account Manager with 2+ years of iGaming B2B experience. Responsibilities include managing client relationships (primarily in Europe), driving account growth and retention through upselling/cross-selling, overseeing platform integrations, providing technical support, resolving client issues, collaborating across departments (sales, product, legal, finance, tech), reporting on KPIs, and staying updated on industry trends. The role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and technical aptitude, along with project management skills. Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

We are a leading B2B aggregation platform within the iGaming industry, connecting operators with top-tier content providers across the globe. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our aggregation business.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager with at least 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry, ideally in a similar B2B aggregation or account management role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful integration and operation of our platform services, and providing exceptional client support to drive long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing B2B clients based in Europe.
  • Account Growth and Retention:
    Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services, while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor and optimize client performance, ensuring they achieve their business objectives.
  • Integration Support:
    Oversee the end-to-end process of onboarding new clients and integrations with our platform. Provide technical and operational support during the integration phase to ensure smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
  • Issue Resolution:
    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
    Work closely with the different department, such a sales, product, legal, finance and technical teams to align client needs with product offerings and ensure a smooth flow of communication and support.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    Track and report on client KPIs, deliver performance insights, and create actionable recommendations to improve client outcomes.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the iGaming sector to ensure we remain competitive and relevant in the market.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:
    Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or a similar role within the iGaming industry, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of iGaming platforms, content integration, and B2B sales processes. Familiarity with online casino is highly desirable.
  • Communication:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively manage relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Technical Aptitude:
    Comfortability with technical concepts and understanding of API integrations, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Project Management:
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Languages:
    Proficiency in English (additional languages, like Spanish, are a plus).
