AR Process Trainer – US Healthcare RCM

Neolytix is seeking a skilled Process Trainer with expertise in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for its Gurugram office. The role involves creating engaging training materials, maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and delivering On-the-Job Training (OJT) to new hires. This position requires in-depth knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including denials management. The trainer will collaborate with subject matter experts, develop process training on AR follow-up and denials management, and design assessments to evaluate employee proficiency. Familiarity with applications like EPIC, Availity, and Waystar is beneficial, as is expertise in instructional design principles.
