As a Brand Manager for this world-renowned company, you will join the Marketing and Strategy team for North American Coffee and play a critical role in developing long-term strategies, formulating marketing plans, and defining pricing, advertising, and promotion strategies. This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility for extension, offering you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an iconic global brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the brand vision and portfolio strategy, and create 1-3 year plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze consumer, category, competition, and channel insights to identify new growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Project Management, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and other key teams to develop strategy, distribution, pricing, promotions, and merchandising plans.
- Coach and mentor one direct report to drive team success and development.
Qualifications:
- Education: BA/BS Degree required.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in CPG brand management roles, with a focus on coffee portfolios or other commodity-driven categories (e.g., cheese, dairy, cocoa beans, meats).
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive actionable insights.
