Job Summary
Job Description
We are expanding our game development projects and established an organization in 2022 to handle project management tasks. We will transfer PM tasks such as personnel, schedule, and budget management, which were previously handled by game development roles, to this new organization. We will also be responsible for identifying and solving issues in each project to achieve more efficient project operations. The job involves project management tasks in the development of the "Pokemon" series, including schedule management and personnel adjustments, operation of project management tools, and budget management. You may also be involved in negotiations with outsourcing companies and budget formulation in the future.
Must have:
- Experience in production or project management in the game/video industry
- 5+ years of practical experience in game development (as a planner, programmer, or graphic designer)
- Communication skills for smooth interaction with relevant departments
- Basic operation of various Office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Good to have:
- Experience as a project manager or section lead in game development

従来はゲーム開発職（プランナー・プログラマ・グラフィックデザイナーなど）が担っていた

業務内容
『ポケットモンスター』シリーズの開発におけるプロジェクトマネジメント業務
・スケジュール管理や人員調整等、プロジェクトの進行に関わる各種業務
‣プロジェクト管理ツールの運用
・予算管理
・開発環境の構築（ハード確保やソフトの権限設定など）
※今後、外注企業との折衝・調整や予算策定に関わる業務などもお任せする可能性がございます
必須要件
経験
以下1-2のいずれかについてご経験がある方
1.ゲーム・映像などの業界における制作進行またはプロジェクトマネジメント経験
2.ゲーム開発における5年以上の実務経験（プランナー・プログラマ・グラフィックデザイナーとしての経験）
スキル
- 関係各部署と円滑にやり取りができるコミュニケーション能力
- Excel、Word、Power Pointなど各種Officeソフトの基本操作
