Job Description

As the CRM Manager for Canada, you will lead the design, execution, and continuous optimization of Haleon Canada’s direct-to-consumer engagement strategy, creating seamless, connected experiences. This involves leveraging first-party data and consumer insights to increase brand loyalty and grow share of wallet across the portfolio. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to identify high-impact opportunities through data-driven CRM initiatives. The role involves managing consumer journeys, campaign management, data-driven segmentation, and performance analytics to optimize campaigns and improve consumer experiences.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of CRM strategies including persona development and segmentation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of performance-driven marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good to have:
  • Health & Wellness or Beauty brand experience
  • HTML & CSS and AMP script skills for Email development
  • Experience with SMS campaign management
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification

As the CRM Manager for Canada, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of GetWellStayWell.ca, Haleon Canada’s consumer platform. Job Purpose:

You will lead the design, execution, and continuous optimization of Haleon Canada’s direct-to-consumer engagement strategy. Your mission is to create seamless, connected experiences across owned channels - such as web, email, SMS and integrate them into a broader omnichannel ecosystem. By leveraging first-party data and consumer insights, you’ll drive meaningful interactions that increase brand loyalty and grow share of wallet across our iconic portfolio, including Sensodyne, Advil, TUMS, Centrum and more. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, agency partners, and internal stakeholders, you’ll identify high-impact opportunities and bring them to life through innovative, data-driven CRM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will provide YOU with the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following…

  • Lead CRM Strategy & Vision: develop and execute a comprehensive 3-year CRM strategy in collaboration with senior leadership, aligning with Haleon’s brand and business objectives
  • Drive Consumer Lifecycle Engagement: own and optimize the end-to-end consumer journey across the Get Well, Stay Well platform, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and retention through personalized, data-driven experiences across owned digital channels
  • Campaign Management & Execution: oversee the full lifecycle of CRM marketing campaigns - from briefing and creative development to deployment and performance analysis - working closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Marketing Automation & Journey Design: build and manage automated consumer journeys (onboarding, engagement, and retention) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder, ensuring timely and relevant communications
  • Data-Driven Segmentation & Personalization: own first-party data segmentation and cohort development to enable targeted, personalized messaging that enhances consumer engagement and drives conversion across the path to purchase
  • Performance Analytics & Optimization: monitor CRM performance dashboards and deliver actionable insights in partnership with Martech teams to continuously optimize campaigns and consumer experiences
  • Compliance & Data Governance: ensure all CRM activities comply with CASL and internal data governance policies, maintaining high standards for privacy, consent, and data use
  • Knowledge Sharing & Best Practices: analyze and document campaign performance, sharing key learnings and best practices with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, and/or loyalty programs
  • Proven background in CPG, digital agencies, or CRM-focused marketing environments
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Google Analytics, Power BI, and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
  • Deep understanding of CRM strategies including persona development, segmentation, multi-channel data collection, and data management
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling CRM and influencer marketing capabilities within established brands.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of performance-driven marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven ability to manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across teams

Preferred Qualifications:
