Digital Project Manager

We’re looking to hire a Digital Project Manager for a Fortune 500 global pharmaceutical client. Company culture fosters a collaborative and respectful environment where innovation is encouraged.

Our direct Fortune 500 client is looking for someone to join the Project Management team to support the execution of print, digital, and video projects. This is a 24 – month contract + possible extension and possible convert to perm. The team is located in Mettawa, IL, and the role is on-site 3 days/week. Onward Search provides benefits for 40 hour work week and weekly paychecks (W2) for duration of the contract.


Digital Project Manager Responsibilities: 

• Project trafficking and timeline management
• Resource allocation and coordination
• Detailed note-taking and action item tracking
• Ensuring team accountability and adherence to deadlines
• Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of client needs
• Collaborating effectively with the account manager"
• Delivers clear and impactful verbal, written, and presentation content.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-profile environments with a positive and energetic approach.
• Balances big-picture vision with meticulous attention to detail

Digital Project Manager Requirements: 

• 2+ years’ experience
• Bachelor degree   
• Proven ability to ensure accuracy and precision in all work.
• Consistently delivers projects on schedule, demonstrating strong adherence to timelines.
• Collaborative and communicative, fostering positive working relationships.
• Experience in agency environments, particularly within the pharmaceutical and digital sectors.
