ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Digital Marketing Manager will spearhead our comprehensive digital marketing strategy, driving qualified demand through multiple digital channels to generate measurable pipeline revenue.
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll leverage data-driven insights to develop, implement, and continuously optimize high-performing digital campaigns that elevate brand awareness, engage target audiences, and convert prospects into customers. Working cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and content teams, you'll orchestrate cohesive digital experiences that support Egnyte's business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
This role requires a strategic mindset combined with tactical execution abilities across the digital marketing spectrum, including email marketing, paid search, social media advertising, content marketing, SEO, and marketing automation platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Plan strategy and manage execution of email nurtures and dedicated sends aligned with overall business objectives to meet quarterly digital marketing targets. Collaborate with Digital Marketing team, MOPs, Field Marketing and PMM to align email efforts with broader marketing initiatives and instill email best practices.
Incorporate performance enhancing Ai tools and strategies, i.e. personalization, content, optimize send times, segmenting, and targeting
Monitor, report on, and optimize prospect nurture campaigns per industry vertical, and dedicated sends to support events, webinars, content and funnel acceleration offers
Review email copy and occasionally write email copy as needed
Maintain nurture inventory and audience, build new nurtures as needed, optimize existing
Create emails with approved copy in Stensul, our email creation too, as needed
Create Email campaign requests for MOPs execution in Asan, including audience, email, LP, scheduling, and monitor progress against deadlines
Monitor, analyze, and report on key email marketing metrics and KPIs; optimize programs as needed. Produce and deliver quarterly plans and analysis
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
Manage the email marketing calendar, collaborating with MOPS, Demand Gen and Field Marketing
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in B2B email marketing
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Marketo preferred) and on the AI tools
Experience with Asan, Salesforce and Tableau preferred
Data analysis and reporting capabilities
Knowledge of performance leading B2B email marketing regulations and best practices, including Ai,
Experience managing a demand generation channel (email) to quarterly targets
Available to work in office, Mountain View CA
COMPENSATION:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $110K-$145K annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
