What you'll do:
- Lead copywriter for high-performing B2C content across key channels, including email, direct mail, landing pages, push notifications, and SMS, to drive program enrollment and member engagement.
- Support the strategy and execution of lifecycle and growth campaigns, working closely with the Strategy & Ops associate and Head of Marketing.
- Concept and write creative assets for thematic campaigns, webinars, one-pagers, and social content.
- Collaborate with design to develop on-brand, visually compelling assets that elevate campaign impact.
- Partner cross-functionally with teams across Design, Growth Marketing, Brand, Marketing Ops, Data, Customer Success, Clinical, and Operations to ensure content excellence and alignment with broader goals.
- Bring creative and analytical thinking to ideate and test new approaches to drive enrollments to Thrive.
What you need to have:
- 6+ years of copywriting and content strategy experience, with a focus on email or direct mail customer acquisition at a B2C or B2B2C high growth start-up (preferably early-stage) or top tier consulting company or agency
- In or has the ability to work PST time zone hours
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence external Clients
- Self motivated with a bias for action
- Equally comfortable developing and executing strategies that drive enrollments and member activations and creating copy that drives action
- Positive, can do attitude
- Creative and analytical thinker - comfortable using data to identify new high impact opportunities to test and drive Move enrollments
- Extremely proactive, and adaptable to a fluid environment
- Track record producing a high volume of marketing campaigns and thrives in a fast-moving high growth environment
- Deep passion for solving problems in fast-paced, startup environment
