This customer-facing role requires regular travel and fluency in German and English.

Objective of the role: The Field Sales Manager, reporting to the Director of Sales, will be responsible to drive the growth on the Automotive and High Power (gate driver) accounts in DACH region.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure existing projects and drive revenue growth in DACH
Define and implement strategies for acquiring new customers
Manage and drive FAE/FAE’s and the support activities in coordination with Marketing and Development Team
Understand High Power and Automotive market by market segments
Regularly meet with the Key Accounts and join visits with other Team members when needed
Define pricing strategies using a value selling approach understanding competition
Regular presentations and reporting on update and progress to PI Management
Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecast for the territory
This is a customer facing role, regular travel is required
Essential Requirements:
Bachelors degree, Engineering or Business
5+ years in a similar role in Sales of technical products
Demonstrable history of success
Languages: Fluent in German and English, spoken and written. Any further European language is a plus.
Valid European driving license
