The Global Process Owner, Go-To-Market will drive excellence and efficiency across Milestone Systems' global sales organization. Responsibilities include creating, redesigning, and operationalizing best practices across all 8 GTM regions and specialist sales, optimizing processes for data-driven decisions, and collaborating on key strategic projects. The role requires experience with high-growth companies (ideally in software), working with global sales teams, and international business. Expertise in lead-to-cash processes, ERP/CRM systems (specifically Salesforce), and process improvement/automation is highly valued. The position is based in Brøndby, Denmark and requires approximately 25-30 days of travel annually.

As the Global Process owner, Go-To-Market you will be responsible for enabling excellence and efficiency at scale across the global sales organization.  Creating, redesigning, and operationalizing best practices across all 8 GTM regions and specialist sales. With a deep understanding of the GTM business, you will drive processes that deliver optimization for data driven decisions.

Additionally, you will be heavily involved in key strategic projects in close cooperation with key stakeholders throughout the global organization, all supporting Milestone Systems’ strategy.

Key Responsibilities
As a Global Process Owner, GTM, you will be responsible for:

  • Drive process improvements in end-to end processes to fulfil business objectives
  • Harmonize processes and drive standardization in collaboration with regional teams
  • Work with global and regional teams to resolve issues and identify any changes to processes necessary through changing business requirements.
  • Provide review and validation to ensure that business processes designed are workable through-out the globe in the real-world and fit the needs of the business.
  • Work with counterpart in regional Sales Operations with a specific focus to design standard business processes which can serve all regions wherever possible.
  • Provide expertise in measurement of transactional volumes to highlight where the greatest opportunities for process improvement through standardization and automation exist.
  • Act as a guide to help other project team members, including key users and Business Analysts, to understand future business needs to be considered in process design and documentation for Execution and related functional areas.
  • Provide expertise on how to scale functionality to match conceptual discussions focusing on automation, reporting, and data-linking to support business process flow.
  • Review future-state process maps created by Business Analysts to confirm adherence to target business process design and provide approval

Your Profile

  • Experience with a high-growth and fast-paced company, ideally in the Software industry.
  • Experience working closely with a global sales organization. 
  • Experience working in an international company. 
  • Experience with lead to cash processes in B2B business is a plus.
  • Preferably an English native speaker
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and partner with all levels of management and be able to relate to their needs and perspectives.
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems specifically SFDC
  • Tenacious when it comes to seeing assigned projects through to the very end 
  • Flexible. As the role requires travel and global presence, the right candidate must be able to travel at least 25 – 30 days a year
