Job Description

The Product Industrialization Engineering Intern will contribute to product industrialization engineering activities, including creating Purchase Specifications and First Article Inspection Plans/Reports. The role involves supporting the cross-functional team in transferring projects from R&D to production. Responsibilities include providing engineering support for medical products, collaborating with stakeholders to recommend business process improvements, working as an integrator with various teams, facilitating data mapping and verification sessions, and creating/updating/supporting training. The intern will also assist and lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean methodologies.
Must have:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or technical field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Portuguese
  • A methodical and effective approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • The ability to work in a cross-functional environment, including remote locations
  • A strong eagerness to gain experience with Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, and Performance Qualification validation strategies.

Job Description

Product Industrialization Engineering Intern

Contribute on product industrialization engineering activities, including make Purchase Specification, First article inspection Plan and Report, supporting the cross functional team to transfer the project from R&D to procution.

Your role:
• Provide product industrialization engineering support for the medical products;

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and based on findings submit recommendations for business processes;

• Work as an integrator together with experts and stakeholders from in- and outside the Supply Chain management function, including Quality & Regulatory etc;

• Facilitate data mapping and data verification sessions;

Create/Update/Support Training;

• Assist and lead continuous improvement through Lean methodologies.


You're the right fit if:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or technical field;
