Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support its growing marketing department. This role involves assisting in the execution of marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, and providing support in content creation and administrative tasks to drive brand awareness and client engagement. Responsibilities include assisting with marketing campaign development and execution, coordinating marketing events and materials, conducting market research, preparing promotional materials, monitoring marketing efforts, maintaining databases, and supporting the team with daily tasks.
Must have:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • 1-2 years of marketing or administrative support experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of initiative.

  • Prepare promotional materials, presentations, and reports

  • Monitor and track performance of marketing efforts

  • Maintain updated databases and marketing inventory

  • Support team in day-to-day administrative and marketing-related tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred
