Job Summary

Job Description

This is a 12-month contract position for a Payroll and Attendance Administration Operator at Smilegate Holdings, replacing an employee on parental leave. Responsibilities include calculating and disbursing monthly salaries for all employee types, managing tax filings and year-end settlements, handling retirement payments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, responding to employee inquiries, managing 4 major insurances, and overseeing attendance systems and related HR processes. The role also requires managing the HR information system (HRIS) and payroll systems. Strong Excel skills, experience with payroll software (e.g., SAP, PeopleSoft, or TheONE iCUBE), and a deep understanding of Korean labor laws are essential.

Must have:

Payroll processing (2+ years exp)
4 major insurance management
Tax filing & year-end settlements
HRIS and payroll system operation
Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
Korean labor law understanding

Good to have:

Experience in mid-sized companies
Payroll/tax certifications
HRIS system implementation experience

- 월 급여 계산 및 지급(정규직, 계약직, 파견직 포함) - 원천세 신고 및 연말정산 업무 - 퇴직금 및 퇴직연금 정산 - 급여 관련 법규 및 규정 준수 관리 - 임직원 급여 문의 응대 및 지원 - 내부/외부 감사 대응(급여 관련) - 4대 보험 취득/상실/변경 신고 및 관리 - 근태관리 (근무제도/연차제도/월 정기 보고/근태 모니터링/근태 관련 구성원 소통 등) - 근태 관련 인사시스템(HRIS) 및 급여 시스템 운영 - 복리후생 행정 업무/기타 비용정산

자격요건

- 전문학사 학위 이상(전공 무관, 회계/경영 관련 전공 우대) - 급여/4대 보험/연말정산 업무 2년 이상 경력 - 급여 프로그램(예: SAP, PeopleSoft, 더존 iCUBE 등) 사용 경험 - 관련 법령(근로기준법, 소득세법, 국민연금법 등) 기본 이해 - Excel(피벗테이블, 수식 등) 활용 가능자 - 책임감 있고 세밀한 업무 처리 능력 - 커뮤니케이션 능력 및 문제해결 역량

필요역량

- 논리적/분석적 사고, 문제해결 능력 - 인사 제도/프로세스에 대한 이해와 준수 - 인사업무 전반에 대한 기본 지식(근로기준법 등)

우대사항

- 중견기업 이상 급여 업무 경험 - 급여 및 세무 관련 자격증 소지자 - HRIS 시스템 구축/개선 프로젝트 참여 경험
