People function and overall People agenda is at the core of this strategy. Role of People Integration Lead for Business Implementation is a global role and goes far beyond traditional People partnering. You will be focusing on HR due diligence, business case building, organizational analysis and efficiency, developing organisaitonal standards/models, financial assumptions and estimations around organisation, be active part of new business acquisitions and integrations.
Besides general experience in People function (HR), this role demands experience and understanding of business development, project management, change management, data management and analytics. Working with Head of People Function BIM, you will be owner of all APM Terminals investment cases from People perspective, this includes number of new business cases and currently ongoing 8 large projects globally.

At the heart of our strategy, the People function drives the success of large capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, and facility expansions. In this global role, you will go beyond traditional HR responsibilities, focusing on business development, due diligence, project management, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR due diligence for global business cases, ensuring People matters are integrated into new investments.
- Partner with Business Implementation and Investment teams to provide HR insights and build organizational models.
- Develop project delivery frameworks, cost estimations, and support decision-making with detailed People inputs.
- Coordinate talent acquisition and retention strategies for global projects, ensuring timely placement of key project roles.
- Provide project status visibility and coordinate workstream meetings to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with regional People functions and Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment and execution.
- Lead post-merger integration, enabling local teams with necessary HR tools and processes.
- Foster APMM Group culture and values, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
About You:
- 7+ years of professional experience in HR or large-scale project implementation.
- Strong business development, project management, and change management experience.
- Expertise in data management, HR systems, and financial models.
- Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions or similar projects is a plus.
- High analytical and presentation skills, with strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments and able to navigate a matrixed organization.
