The Exhibitor Manuals Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of GECC and IMCC Exhibitor Manuals for the IEMEA Region. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely completion of manuals according to agreed dates. Key responsibilities include project delivery (defining scope, developing plans, monitoring progress), leadership (developing a culture of collaboration and innovation), stakeholder communication, solution delivery and quality assurance, performance monitoring and reporting, and governance and compliance.
Must have:
  • Define project scope and deliverables aligning with objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee design, development, and delivery of solutions.
  • Manage quality assurance processes, including testing.
Good to have:
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA or MS Project.
  • Relevant project management certifications.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms.

The Role:

The Exhibitor Manuals Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of GECC and IMCC Exhibitor Manuals for the IEMEA Region. This role involves co-ordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring that Manuals are completed on time, to agreed target dates. The Exhibitor Manuals Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders to define target dates, develop detailed plans, and drive the implementation of Exhibitor manual solutions that meet business and Customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery:

  • Define scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support scope delivery up to the point of UAT and co-ordinates bug fixing to fully accepted products prior to Customer launch
  • Developing an expert level of SME knowledge in the overall project delivery that will be used to skill up team to enhance overall team knowledge

Leadership: 

  • Develop a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. 
  • Encourage a culture of innovation, where contributors are empowered to suggest new ideas and improvements 
  • Set the direction for contributors, aligning projects and goals with the broader organizational vision. 

Stakeholder Communication and Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, presentations, and workshops to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
  • Gather feedback and incorporate stakeholder input into project plans and deliverables.

Solution Delivery and Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of IMCC/GECC solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
  • Manage quality assurance processes, including testing, validation, and user acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure all project deliverables comply with company standards, policies, and compliance requirements.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor project performance against key metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective actions.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed project reports and dashboards to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and successes.
  • Implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future delivery outcomes.

Governance and Compliance:

  • Ensure all IMCC/GECC projects adhere to governance frameworks, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, processes, and configurations.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully managing mid-scale, projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies an advantage
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
  • Relevant project management certifications.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering business and Customer value.
  • Familiarity with additional CRM platforms or tools is an advantage
