Project Marketing Consultant

We’re looking to hire a Project Marketing Consultant for a financial service company that offers personal and business banking, credit cards, and more. 

You’ll join the Project Workflow Team to manage creative and marketing projects from initiation through production for email, direct mail, social media, video and photography. This is a 6 month opportunity with the possibility or extension or conversion. The role is located in Westwood Massachusetts, and is hybrid onsite.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage marketing and creative requests and creative briefs.
• Assign 15 - 25 jobs through the client's workflow system and ensure projects are up to date, e.g. direct mail, email, print, digital.
• Manage milestones throughout the project lifecycle, from creating detailed schedules, to setting up kick-off and presentation meetings.
• Partner with Internal Teams and External Vendors to request cost estimates for printing and production services (ie printed brochures, signage, video and photo services).
• Partner with the Asset Librarian and Creative Team on final archiving of approved assets within the digital asset management tool.

Requirements: 

• 4-5 years of product marketing experience working on a creative team.
• Understanding of print production specs, digital media, web development.
• Comfortable working in PC/Windows environment
• Experience putting together production schedules using project management/workflow software, such as Aprimo.
• Experience coordinating Direct Mail and Email campaigns, as well as video and photography projects
• Knowledge of Excel and MS Office, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, HTML is a plus.
• Bachelors Degree

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
