Job Description

This full-time Sales Consultant (Internal Sales) role at BayWa AG in Kulmbach involves comprehensive customer consulting and sales of building materials to private and business clients. Key responsibilities include creating and tracking offers, processing orders, and maintaining customer relationships through personal and phone contact. The position also supports field sales consultants, handles customer aftercare, and processes complaints. Candidates should have a commercial background or sales experience, product knowledge in building materials, and strong customer orientation.
Must have:
  • Customer consulting and sales of building materials
  • Offer creation, tracking, and order processing
  • Cultivating customer relationships through personal and telephone contact
  • Supporting field sales consultants
  • Customer aftercare
  • Complaint processing
  • Completed commercial training or several years of sales experience
  • Product and application knowledge in building materials
  • Confident appearance and strong customer and sales orientation
  • Independent, self-responsible work and teamwork ability
  • Good MS-Office skills

  • Customer consulting and sales of building materials to our private and business customers

  • Completed commercial training or several years of sales experience

  • Confident appearance and strong customer and sales orientation
  • Independent, self-responsible way of working and teamwork ability
  • Good MS-Office skills, SAP would be desirable
