Job Description

This remote Sales Development Representative role focuses on generating leads and building pipeline for ZAZZ IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED's staff augmentation services. Responsibilities include owning named accounts, creating target prospect lists, researching key contacts, lead nurturing, and generating initial meetings via cold outreach (email, social media, phone). The role requires successful follow-through of outbound sales cadences, accurate CRM data maintenance, nurturing leads from marketing campaigns, and articulating ZAZZ's value proposition to global decision-makers. A strong understanding of staff augmentation offerings is essential.
Must Have:
  • 3-5 years Lead Generation/Business Development experience in Staff Augmentation
  • Comfortable with cold calls/emails, global outreach
  • Expertise with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoominfo, Hubspot
  • Strong written/oral communication skills
  • Demonstrable ownership of accounts and pipeline creation target overachievement

This is a remote position.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Own a set of named accounts and execute campaigns to achieve associated pipeline- creation metrics.
  • Create target prospects lists for key accounts. Research key contacts, leads and decision makers within the accounts and work on lead nurturing and building relationships that help you create opportunities.
  • Responsible for generating initial meetings for the Sales Team by reaching out to prospective companies via cold emails, social outreach and/or phone calls.
  • Ensure successful follow through of the outbound cadence cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information within the CRM.
  • Work on nurturing the leads generated from various Marketing campaigns and take them through the cycle of qualification to transfer to the Sales teams.
  • Develop understanding of Zazz's staff augmentation offerings and articulate Zazz's business value proposition to decision makers in global companies to assess buying interest.

  • 3-5 years of Lead Generation and Business Development experience in Staff Augmentation services company.
  • Comfortable with Cold calls and Emails, and engaging with a global target audience across time zones.
  • Expertise with sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoominfo, Hubspot etc.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Work in a highly demanding and competitive environment.
  • Has shown demonstrable ownership of accounts and over-achievement of pipeline creation targets in previous stints.
