This Senior Account Strategist role at Google Customer Solutions focuses on driving growth and product adoption for Chinese mid-market clients. Responsibilities include developing business with Chinese customers, achieving tactical goals while prioritizing customer experience, improving agency and customer relationships, contributing to business growth and productivity goals, providing tactical advice to advertisers on maximizing ROI, and working collaboratively with an Executive Account Strategist. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business, marketing, or problem-solving, with at least 2 years managing Chinese enterprise clients. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential. The role involves strategic planning, account management, and client relationship building to achieve advertising campaign success.
Must have:

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in business, marketing or business problem-solving at an agency, technology, or media company.
  • 2 years of experience in managing Chinese enterprise clients, agencies, or customers.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support local clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in business within the technology, advertising, media or internet environments.
  • Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management with managing advertising or media campaigns.
  • Experience in managing multiple accounts while paying attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and grow in a changing environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Chinese customer’s business via directly driving scaled product adoption and growth.
  • Work towards tactical goals while prioritizing and delivering quality customer experience to Google's agencies and advertisers.
  • Implement ways to improve our agency and customer relationships and share performance enhancing suggestions.
  • Carry business growth and productivity goals, and motivate in-quarter business growth and product adoptions.
  • Provide tactical advice and help our advertisers get the investment return on their advertising by working in a consultative role with Executive Account Strategist.
