Job Description
Role Analyst IT Production Support C ASPNet with 5 to 7 years of experience. Key technical skills include Microsoft Technologies like C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, MVVM, TFS, and Visual Studio. Proficiency in Database Technologies such as SQL, MS SQL Server, and Relational Databases is required. Web Technologies including HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, JQuery, and CSS are also essential. The role involves investigating, triaging, diagnosing issues, and troubleshooting to resolve reported problems. Nice to have skills include familiarity with Azure DevOps, TrackIT, and ServiceNow. Soft skills emphasize strong written and oral communication for onsite work, insurance domain knowledge (flood underwriting), ability to work with client stakeholders, and excellent analytical skills.
