As a Technical Recruiter at Google, you'll be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and fostering strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You'll leverage recruiting processes and tools, gather role requirements, and advocate for candidates. Your responsibilities include supporting candidate assessment, evaluating skills and needs, driving interviews and offers, influencing hiring manager strategy, managing recruiting initiatives, and improving the overall candidate and hiring manager experience. You'll also partner with stakeholders to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience in full-cycle recruiting and compensation negotiation is preferred.
