Key Responsibilities -
1. Translate global publishing strategy into actionable regional objectives and key results, and develop integrated product and marketing roadmaps.
2. Partner closely with game studios and Tencent's regional marketing teams to ensure alignment between publishing strategies, game objectives, and campaign execution.
3. Use data-driven insights to identify problems and provide effective solutions on both monetization, user engagement and acquisiton.
4. Monitor and analyze player feedback to generate actionable reports for development and marketing teams, optimizing content and live services..
Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of relevant industry experience, with a strong interest in and deep understanding of live service video games..
2. Able to collaborate with multiple background teams with excellent communication skills and deep understanding of development and publishing process.
3. Hands-on experience with the full publishing lifecycle of at least one PC or console game; a successful track record is strongly preferred.
4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional key market language (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, or Chinese) is highly desirable.

WashingtonThe base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $33.5 to $51.5 per hour. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are also able eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) plan, accrue from 15 up to 25 days of vacation leave per year, up to 10 paid holidays per year, 2 floating holidays and accrue up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits eligibility requirement will be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
