Salary: $50,000- $75,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What You’d Do in This Role:

We're on the lookout for an Access Operations Coordinator for our Identity & Access team. This person will meaningfully contribute to creating an excellent user experience for our internal team members, ensuring all phases of the tool lifecycle process (i.e. provisioning/ deprovisioning, MFA, and SSO onboarding) are working optimally and providing our team with the tools they need to be successful

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You are early in your Identity & Access career and eager to grow in technical IAM frameworks and tools such as Okta, Ping Identity, Auth0, ForgeRock, CyberArk Identity, SailPoint, OneLogin, IBM Security Identity Manager, JumpCloud
• You have a base understanding of technologies such as Azure AD, SCIM, SAML, Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• You have previous experience working with SaaS tools
• You have the ability to collaborate with and learn from team members in a fast-paced environment
• You are detail oriented and process driven

What Winning Looks Like:

• Partner with IT Support and Procurement to manage team member access to tools
• Monitor services to refine and improve manual systematic operations
• Manage and improve team member identity lifecycle
• Plan, implement, and maintain automated processes related to identity and access lifecycle
• Provide support for day-to-day Identity and Access Management (IAM) activities including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access change requests
• Maintain and create IAM knowledge base articles to help the team quickly handle all access requests
• Understand team/company priorities and align daily work to those priorities
• Understand what resources are available when blockers come up
• Raise concerns to team and leadership due to rework related to user access or workflows that hinder team's ability to serve team members well
• Have a clear high-level understanding of company objectives and how IAM work can help empower the team to meet the objectives
• Seek to understand team workflows to see how IAM work can better support the Ramsey team
