About the job:
Sitecore Product Support team provides assistance in solving non-trivial technical challenges to Sitecore Partners and Customers and is a key contributor in ensuring successful implementations of many Sitecore projects.
Software Engineers spend most of the time helping with the real-life usage of Sitecore products, working with the product configurations, troubleshooting complex problems, developing code examples and configuration modifications.
The work process involves written communication with Sitecore customers from around the world helping them to achieve the desired business outcomes.
This position provides technical and personal growth opportunities in the wide range of different professional areas for both new and experienced software development specialists.
Position will require participation in 24x7x365 shift coverage rotation, including work during late hours and during weekends, according to the predefined schedule and in compliance with all local labor regulations. The shift arrangement for the position will be on a rotating basis:
- 1pm – 9pm MYT
- 11pm – 7am MYT
What You Need to Succeed:
- Outstanding problem solving and logical thinking skills
- Understanding of client-server software architecture
- Great communication skills in English
- Knowledge of HTML, XML/JSON, JavaScript, and CSS
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
- Experience in direct interactions with customer and effectively managing critical situations
- Experience working with technologies such as Elastic, Kibana, Grafana, Kafka
- Experience with JavaScript frontend frameworks such as Knockout, React and Vue, Next JS
