In this commission-only role, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth by prospecting for new leads, qualifying them, and setting appointments for our experienced closers.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for and qualify new leads through inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Conduct outreach calls using our proven scripts to generate interest and schedule appointments.
  • Build rapport with potential customers and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A coachable and eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using a computer and phone for sales outreach.
  • A drive to succeed and exceed targets in a commission-based environment.

Bonus Points:

  • Previous sales experience (B2B preferred).
  • Experience with cold calling and prospecting techniques.
