Native level Japanese in both verbal and written communication is a must, and basic level English is desired.
The following knowledge and experience will give the successful candidate a head start:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in lead qualification, lead generation, and sales (SaaS experience a plus, but not required)
· Track record of exceeding (meetings) quota targets
· Experience qualifying leads or selling enterprise grade (Cloud, AI, ML) software is highly desirable
· Passion for Blue Prism and a strong drive to navigate large, complex organizations to share your knowledge about the product
· Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Salesloft.com is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
· Develop and qualify opportunities within medium and large enterprises
· Follow a defined qualification process and workflow for inbound/outbound leads
· Lead qualification includes heavy use of phone and email on a daily basis to meet activity goals.
· Prospect and identify key executives at target companies and lay the foundation for a strong, long lasting relationship
· Work closely with our Sales team to set up meetings and build a pipeline.
· Make every potential Blue Prism prospect happy with every interaction, regardless of deal size or likelihood of close
· Ensure a smooth lead handoff from the BDR team to Sales
· Manage, track, and report your activities and results using Salesforce.com and Salesloft.com

最も多くの顧客と直接接し、市場のニーズを最も肌で感じることができる新規事業開発(インサイドセールス)を担当頂きます。
直接の顧客折衝やフィールドセールスとの連携を活用した顧客の開拓の中から、俯瞰した顧客開拓のHowToを身に着けていくことが可能です。

求める人物像:
· 2年以上の内勤もしくは外勤営業経験
· 電話、文字、対面でのビジネスコミュニケーション力
· 自ら目標設定/アクションプランを作成し主体的に行動できる方
· 日本語(母国語レベル)、英語(日常会話レベル)
· Salesforceの経験(歓迎)
· テクノロジー/ソフトウェア業界の経験(歓迎)
