Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join their Cleveland team. This role involves managing client accounts, ensuring service satisfaction, and supporting client retention and growth. Responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact, building strong client relationships, monitoring client satisfaction, coordinating with internal departments, identifying opportunities for service expansion or issue resolution, maintaining client records, and assisting with new client onboarding. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and dedicated to providing outstanding service.
Must have:
  • Proven experience in customer service/account management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional, reliable, team player

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs

  • Monitor and manage client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and support

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery

  • Identify opportunities to expand services or resolve issues proactively

  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and account information

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and providing product/service guidance

  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or related field

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
