We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to join our Public Cloud team in Singapore. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market segments by selling cloud, data, and AI services that enable customers to achieve meaningful business outcomes. You will represent Rackspace’s full portfolio of public cloud offerings, focusing on AWS and Microsoft technologies. You will work closely with technical, alliance, and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions that solve complex customer challenges.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 2-3 years in cloud services, data platforms, or AI solutions
  • Experience selling into enterprise and mid-market customers in Singapore
  • Understanding of public cloud services (AWS, Azure)
  • Ability to position complex technology offerings
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with AWS and Microsoft partner ecosystems
  • Experience selling data warehousing, analytics, MLOps, or GenAI services

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to join our Public Cloud team in Singapore. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market segments by selling cloud, data, and AI services that enable customers to achieve meaningful business outcomes.
You will represent Rackspace’s full portfolio of public cloud offerings, focusing on AWS and Microsoft technologies. You will work closely with technical, alliance, and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions that solve complex customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to close across a targeted portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts.
Build and nurture strong relationships with business and technology leaders across Singapore.
Identify client challenges and design cloud, data, and AI service solutions to address them (e.g., cloud migration, application modernisation, data platform builds, machine learning adoption).
Collaborate with AWS and Microsoft alliance teams to co-sell, secure funding support, and drive joint GTM initiatives.
Deliver tailored proposals and articulate the business value of cloud-native services, particularly in data and AI domains.
Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts using CRM tools.

Required Experience & Skills
5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2–3 years in cloud services, data platforms, or AI solutions.
Demonstrated success selling into enterprise and mid-market customers within Singapore.
Strong understanding of public cloud services (AWS, Azure), including modern data architectures and AI/ML capabilities.
Ability to position complex technology offerings to solve customer business problems.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement at both technical and executive levels.

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the AWS and Microsoft partner ecosystems, including co-selling and funding processes.
Experience selling services around data warehousing, analytics, MLOps, or GenAI.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or AI-related certs) are advantageous.
