As a CRM Communications Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for executing CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels with precision and consistency. You will work as part of a collaborative delivery team, ensuring each campaign is built accurately, tested thoroughly, and deployed on time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology. You will collaborate with the CRM Communications Delivery Team Manager and receive support in building your knowledge of automation, segmentation, and testing.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a CRM Communications Delivery Specialist, you’ll be responsible for executing CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels with precision and consistency. Working as part of a collaborative delivery team, you’ll ensure each campaign is built accurately, tested thoroughly, and deployed on time.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, has an eye for detail, and enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology. You’ll work closely with the CRM Communications Delivery Team Manager and receive support in building your knowledge of automation, segmentation, and testing.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

        Building, testing, and launching CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app

        Collaborating with Data Strategy to ensure accurate segmentation and audience selection

        Working with Creative teams to integrate and validate assets

        Setting up and deploying automated journeys and trigger-based communications

        Performing rigorous QA checks to ensure all campaigns are error-free and compliant

        Maintaining campaign schedules and deadlines in collaboration with the wider CRM team

        Supporting basic A/B testing and performance tracking

        Troubleshooting technical or operational issues during campaign execution

        Keeping documentation and campaign logs up to date

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

        Experience in CRM campaign execution within a marketing or operations team

        Familiarity with one or more CRM platforms (Braze, Salesforce, Adobe, etc.)

        Good understanding of campaign workflows, segmentation, and asset handling

        Strong attention to detail and comfort working under deadlines

        A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to adapt and learn quickly

        Basic knowledge of testing and personalisation is a plus
