Job Description

As a Customer Experience Specialist, Tesla Direct, you'll be the face of Tesla, delivering vehicles directly to customers. Responsibilities include ensuring a seamless delivery experience, explaining vehicle features, addressing customer questions, managing delivery schedules, and collaborating with the sales and delivery teams. You will act as a chaser for other specialists, ensuring timely coordination. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for Tesla's mission. You'll be managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and providing feedback to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Weekend and evening work may be required.

Must have:

Full UK driving license (no more than 6 points)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proven track record of excellent customer service
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings

What to Expect

As a Customer Experience Specialist, Tesla Direct at Tesla, you will be the face of our brand, delivering vehicles directly to our customers' home or work addresses. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience, from delivery to follow-up. You are part of a larger sales, service and delivery team who works closely and flexibly on all operations. You are expected to cooperate frequently and display a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets.

What You’ll Do

Deliver vehicles to customers' home or work addresses, providing a professional and positive handover experience.
Ensure customers are familiar with their new vehicles by explaining features, functions, and benefits.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns during the delivery process.
Act as a chaser to pick up other customer experience specialists, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
Manage delivery schedules and logistics to meet customer expectations.
Provide feedback to the sales and delivery teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and engage withcustomers.
