Job Description

The Customer Success Manager plays a key role in aligning Eccentric's products with customer requirements. This high-pressure role requires constant availability and handling multiple stakeholders with impeccable communication and meticulousness. Responsibilities include creating quarterly and annual plans, defining milestones, providing regular progress updates, identifying and overcoming hurdles, ensuring clear communication, motivating teams, tracking resource utilization, and sending regular reports. The role is crucial for driving customer success and ensuring the company's mission is achieved. The role requires close collaboration with the business team and requires the ability to manage customer success effectively.

The Role-


Customer Success plays a key role in aligning our products with our customer's requirements. This is a high-stakes, high-pressure assignment that will need you to be constantly reachable and handle multiple stakeholders. Nothing short of impeccable communication & meticulousness will be acceptable.


  • Work with the Business team to make quarterly & annual plans for customers
  • Define milestones along the roadmap and create a detailed plan to achieve these, along with all stakeholders
  • Ensure regular updates on progress towards these milestones and proactively identify possible hurdles. Work with the relevant teams, to create an approach to overcome these hurdles
  • Ensure there is no loss of information and all the channels of communication are rightly leveraged to communicate effectively
  • Motivate and inspire Teams at every step
  • Send regular updates, celebrate small wins and be the force that keeps the mission glued together
  • Ensure adherence of process such as sending regular reports, customer satisfaction surveys and other means
  • Track resource utilisation and management at every step in the way

  • Ability to work from office in Mumbai
  • Affinity towards technology (it's alright if you are not from a Tech background, but must be willing to learn and embrace it
