What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design. Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that primarily rely on digital tools and technologies. It encompasses managing tasks, resources, timelines, and communication channels to ensure successful project outcomes in the digital realm. • Handle administrative tasks related to branding and marketing operations • Experience working with branding or creative teams. • Exposure to content management systems (CMS), social media tools, or project management platforms like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com. • Certifications: Marketing certifications such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar are advantageous. • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work. • Communication: Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills; able to convey ideas clearly and effectively. • Organization: Exhibits strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using MS Office Suite and preferably Adobe Creative Suite; comfortable with CMS and social media tools. • Team Collaboration: Works well with others, contributing to a positive team environment and supporting collective goals. • Time Management: Capable of managing time effectively to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Initiative: Takes proactive steps to address tasks and challenges, displaying a willingness to go above and beyond. • Adaptability: Adjusts to changing priorities and environments, maintaining effectiveness in different situations. • Problem-Solving: Identifies issues and develops solutions, demonstrating critical thinking and resourcefulness. • Creative Thinking: Brings innovative ideas to the table
What are we looking for? • Support day-to-day operations of the brand and marketing team. • Maintain and organize digital assets, including images, videos, and marketing collateral. • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for marketing collateral, packaging, and promotional materials. • Assist in the planning and execution of branding campaigns, events, and product launches. • Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications. • Track brand performance metrics and assist in preparing presentations and reports. • Handle documentation, filing, and tracking of approvals for brand-related activities. • Manage and update content on websites, social media platforms, and digital campaigns (if applicable). • Schedule and coordinate meetings, reviews, and feedback loops for brand projects. • Monitor and manage inventory of promotional items and brand materials. • Support the branding and creative teams in executing marketing and branding initiatives. • Prepare reports on branding and marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. • Support the management of content management systems (CMS) and social media tools. • Conduct market research and analyze trends to support branding strategies.
