The gReach Program is a 12-month paid upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals. You will provide client service, research, and market analysis. You will anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's clients, and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you will set the roadmap and strategy for how their advertising can reach users. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing
  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for customers
  • Develop transformational opportunities and comprehensive cross-platform solutions
  • Develop high-level relationships to serve as a trusted consultant
  • Meet or exceed assigned goals consistently
Good to have:
  • Experience with Google products or in digital marketing
  • Ability to take initiative to drive goals
  • Ability to resolve strategic and business problems
  • Ability to drive and implement ideas in a testing environment
  • Excellent project management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Passion for Internet, Google’s technology, and the business

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
