AGS is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, upgrade, and maintain gaming equipment. Responsibilities include performing preventative and general maintenance, completing reports accurately, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves troubleshooting service incidents efficiently, managing inventory, and participating in an on-call rotation. Safety protocols must be followed in high-energy environments. The technician will travel to casinos and customers within their territory, working with the latest gaming equipment in a hands-on capacity.
Must have:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
  • Basic AC/DC electronics knowledge
  • Basic computer networking knowledge
  • Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and HPE
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Good to have:
  • Gaming experience
  • Ability to get licensed through Nevada Gaming Control Board

šŸ”§ Maintenance Master: Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products. You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly!
šŸ“ Report Wizard: Complete paperwork and reports like a pro—timely, detailed, and accurate.
šŸ† Customer Service Champion: Provide ā€œbest-in-the-businessā€ service to our customers…internal and external.
⚔Troubleshooting Superstar: Fix service incidents quickly and efficiently and escalate issues when needed.
šŸ“¦ Inventory Hero: Keep track of the necessary parts and inventory to stay on top of your game.
ā° On-Call Rotation: Be part of a weekly on-call rotation with your fellow technicians—because sometimes, the game needs you 24/7.
šŸ›” Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and keep it cool even when troubleshooting in high-energy environments.
 
What You Bring to the Table:
šŸ« Education: High School diploma or GED
šŸš— License to Drive: A valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance
šŸ’» Tech Skills: You’re a problem solver, with basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking (no need to be an expert, we’ll help you level up!).
šŸ–§ Experience: Knowledge in electronics/computer networking (gaming experience? Bonus points!).
šŸ›  Tools of the Trade: Basic computer skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Physical & Work Environment:

šŸ’Ŗ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally push/pull up to 200 pounds (Teamwork makes the dream work here!). Work environments may vary, so get ready for the adventure of working in different settings (sometimes non-climate-controlled).
