Who We’re Looking For

Yodo1 is looking for a Finance Intern to help the accounting team with daily tasks, such as preparing claims, maintaining journals, recording and reconciling transactions, and verifying VAT records.

What We Expect

You will:

  • Prepare employee claim applications, claim invoices/receipts, and help with accounting entries.

  • Record bank statements and reconcile transactions.

  • Verify VAT input in our system with the tax bureau's online records for accuracy and compliance.

You must have:

  • Undergraduate student enrolled in Accounting or Finance Management at a college or university in Beijing, with graduation expected within the next year.

  • Able to dedicate a minimum of 16 hours (two full working days) per week.

  • Available to work from our Beijing office at least one day per week.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Proactive, diligent, responsible, and detail-oriented.

  • Excellent written English skills; spoken English is a plus.

You might have:

  • Experience collaborating with people across different locations, cultures, and time zones.
