The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about performance marketing and driving measurable results? Do you excel at developing strategies that optimize conversions and user acquisition? Are you ready to take charge of shaping marketing campaigns that drive signups for a growing platform? If so, the Freelance Marketing Manager role could be the perfect fit for you.

As the Freelance Marketing Manager for MyBlue, you will focus on managing marketing efforts to increase signups and user acquisition. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and international partners to ensure cohesive strategies that align with business goals. Your expertise in performance marketing and conversion optimization will be key to the platform's success.

Location: North America (Remote) 

Contract Term: This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of a 3-month extension.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop strategies to increase signups for MyBlue, optimizing performance across all marketing channels (e.g., Twitter, Meta Paid).
  • Oversee the entire marketing project lifecycle, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are aligned with strategic goals.
  • Propose budgets and track performance metrics such as cost-per-conversion (CPC) and cost-per-click (CPC).
  • Work with international teams, especially the SEA office, to maximize global campaign success.
  • Coordinate between marketing, product, and partnerships teams to ensure feedback aligns with broader company goals.
  • Provide regular performance reports detailing campaign effectiveness and user acquisition costs.

What You'll Need:

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in D2C marketing with a focus on performance marketing and conversion strategies.
  • Experience with mobile gaming or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and coordinate across time zones.
  • Proven experience tracking and optimizing metrics such as CPC and cost-per-click.

You'll Earn Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in Web3 or blockchain-based projects.
  • Experience working with international teams, particularly in the SEA region.

Benefits:

The anticipated monthly rate for this freelance role is $6,000.00 - $7,000.00 USD.

This information reflects the expected range for this position based on current market data and the scope of the freelance contract. Actual pay will be determined based on an individual's skills, experience, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Since this is a freelance role, additional benefits such as bonuses or health insurance are not included.
