Job Description
We are seeking a Game Content Manager to oversee and drive the creation of game levels and other content for our globally played games. Collaborating with creative and production teams, you will maintain content ownership, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing the content creation process, overseeing outsourced teams, preparing and publishing content via internal tools, developing guidelines and specifications, and managing quality assurance. The ideal candidate has experience managing game content, working with graphical content, and using CMS, and possesses strong management, organizational, and communication skills. English proficiency is required, with additional language skills (Japanese, Korean, Italian, Spanish) considered a plus. Russian proficiency is also beneficial.

Job Details
We are looking for a Game Content Manager to join our team to manage and drive game levels and other content creation processes for our games, which are played by millions of users worldwide.
You will work closely with the creative and production teams, and maintain content ownership to ensure that it is delivered on time and meets quality requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the game content creation process;
- Manage outsource teams that work on the content;
- Prepare and publish game content for end users via internal tools;
- Prepare guidelines and technical specifications for content creation teams;
- Organize the content quality assurance process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in managing game content;
- Experience working with graphical content;
- Experience using CMS;
- Strong management and organizational skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- English language proficiency. Knowledge of one or more of the following languages at B1 level or higher will be considered an advantage — Japanese, Korean, Italian, or Spanish;
- Russian language proficiency.
