Job Description

The Imaging Operations Supervisor oversees daily imaging production operations. This leader will coach a team of document imaging specialists in a fast-paced production environment. At Iron Mountain, we provide expert, sustainable solutions in records and information management, digital transformation services, data centers, asset lifecycle management, and fine art storage, handling, and logistics. We partner with 225,000 customers globally to preserve invaluable artifacts, extract more from inventory, and protect data privacy.
Must have:
  • Supervises and assigns specific responsibilities to all operations personnel
  • Motivates, mentors, and empowers the team to meet and exceed imaging quotas and quality standards
  • Monitors employee attendance, productivity, and other performance markers
  • Administers coaching and disciplinary actions as needed
  • Effectively uses metrics to aid accountability and measure performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policy, customer needs, and Federal guidelines
  • Reports production issues and stoppages, troubleshooting in a timely manner
  • Communicates directly with customers where appropriate
  • Assists inbounding and outbounding orders, organizing pallets and boxes on the work floor, using a pallet jack when needed
  • Makes recommendations to management on desirable additions, replacements or changes
  • Represents imaging operations in virtual and in-person meetings
  • High school diploma or equivalent minimum
  • Must acquire and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
  • Two years prior supervisory experience in a production environment
  • A minimum of 5 years of computer experience in the Windows environment or Google equivalents
  • Active participation in the operations, support, and maintenance of all aspects of imaging practices within Iron Mountain
  • Ensure processes and procedures are in place to ensure Iron Mountain security policies and controls are met related to imaging
  • A professional demeanor and fair management practices as outlined by Iron Mountain’s core values are a must
Good to have:
  • College degree preferred
  • Secret clearance preferred
  • Kofax knowledge
  • Prior Federal document imaging

The Imaging Operations Supervisor oversees daily imaging production operations. This leader will coach a team of document imaging specialists in a fast-paced production environment.

1st shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm (approx.)

Responsibilities:

Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:

  • High school diploma or equivalent minimum, college degree preferred
  • Must acquire and maintain a Public Trust security clearance, Secret clearance preferred
  • Two years prior supervisory experience in a production environment
  • A minimum of 5 years of computer experience in the Windows environment or Google equivalents
  • Active participation in the operations, support, and maintenance of all aspects of imaging practices within Iron Mountain
  • Ensure processes and procedures are in place to ensure Iron Mountain security policies and controls are met related to imaging

  • Kofax knowledge is a plus
  • Prior Federal document imaging is a plus
