Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in art, graphics, design, advertising, interactive, digital communications, web design, or related degree (GPA above a 3.4)

Outstanding skills in Photoshop and Illustrator

Optimization

Web design best practices

Experience creating online advertisements (bonus)

Experience with social media branding and identity (bonus)

Customer service experience (bonus)

Proficiency in After Effects or Illustrator (bonus)

Passion for web visitor conversions (bonus)

Enjoys typography and color theory

Enjoys creating viral marketing pieces for the web - infographics, motion graphics, social media campaigns, contest design, etc.

High level of design skill and technical proficiency

Creative portfolio with high potential

Takes direction well, but also able to make decisions and take initiative

Energized about web information architecture and user experience design

Customer service focused

Strong communication skills

Up-to-date on the latest web technologies and trends

Professional, dependable, solid work ethic, detail-oriented, self-motivated

Problem solver

- Working with project managers and other members of the design team to design websites, advertisements, and viral marketing pieces for various clients using the Adobe Creative Suite

- Testing/editing multiple websites to make sure we’re getting the best possible user experience for our clients

- Working on minimal site edits while continuing to learn HTML and CSS

- WebFX designers typically work on 25+ projects a year so there is a high level of variety in work, and two days are never the same

- Learning how to work with various frameworks like WordPress, Magento, and Bootstrap

- Training is provided on all core platforms, tools, and technologies.

25% designing homepage and inner page prototypes for various clients using the Adobe Creative Suite

25% creating online advertisements

20% creating social media branding and identity

20% creating viral marketing pieces - infographics, motion graphics, online guides, long form graphics

10% minimal site edits/learning HTML and CSS

-Our “Bootcamp” web marketing training program will be provided for new WebFX “family members” to learn, grow and develop in and out of the office with the hard skills necessary to be successful in their position.

-Position-specific training from our Award-Winning designers, developers, and project managers

-On-site, state-of-the-art training amenities to facilitate departmental trainings, industry-related updates, and monthly Lunch-and-Learns.

WebFX grew 250%+ over the past 3 years, and merit-based promotional opportunities are abundant for new family members who meet or exceed position performance metrics.

$44,000-$46,500 negotiable if applicant has prior experience (title/responsibilities would change too)

Potential additional bonus may be offered for GPA's of 3.8+

Potential additional bonus may be offered for attending an elite college or university & graduating with high honors
