Job Description
Eureka, the company behind the dating app "Pairs," is seeking a Product Manager intern. Pairs is a leading dating app in Japan with over 20 million cumulative registrations and a global presence. As a PdM intern, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to drive product development, contribute to new project planning, identify issues and propose solutions through data analysis and user insights, and support the progress management until release. The role requires a commitment of at least 6 months and availability to work at the office at least 3 days a week.
Must have:

- Currently enrolled in university/graduate school/technical college/vocational school (18+)
- Not currently employed full-time
- Available to work 3+ days/week (24+ hours)
- Ability to work at the office for at least 6 months
- Fluent Japanese communication skills

- Strong interest in matching apps/dating market
- English proficiency (reading, writing, basic conversation)

業務内容:
PdM（プロダクトマネージャー）インターンとして、Pairsのプロダクト開発に深く関わり、ビジネス成果とユーザー体験の向上に直接貢献していただきます。主な業務内容は以下の通りです。
・プロダクトマネージャーやエンジニア、デザイナーと日々連携し、プロダクト開発を推進
・ペアーズに紐づく新規プロジェクトの企画
・データ分析やユーザーインサイトの収集を通じて、課題発見と仮説立案
・仕様策定、リリースまでの進行管理のサポート

- 週３回以上（週24時間）以上の勤務が可能で、少なくとも6ヶ月以上は弊社オフィスに来社し、インターンとして働いていだける方
- 流暢（Fluent）にコミュニケーションができる日本語能力をお持ちの方
