The Partner Demand Generation Manager will oversee the Veeam Marketing Center platform and lead the Veeam Marketing Concierge team. Responsibilities include managing the marketing automation platform, collaborating with the Campaigns and Content Team, providing support to the regional marketing teams, assisting with hiring and onboarding, setting quarterly objectives, building a positive team environment, and analyzing data for improvement. This role requires experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, team management, project coordination, and data analysis. As the Partner Demand Generation Manager, you will oversee the Veeam Marketing Center, our through-partner marketing automation platform. You will also lead the Veeam Marketing Concierge team, a group of marketing experts focused on assisting partners in achieving their campaign goals. Representing global approach and partner marketing strategy, you will act as a liaison with regional marketing teams to engage partners in utilization of marketing automation platform.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee Through-Partner Marketing Automation: Serve as the main point of contact for the Veeam Marketing Center platform, working with external suppliers, driving improvements, and tracking KPIs to optimize performance.
  • Manage Content: Collaborate with our Campaigns and Content Team to identify impactful campaigns, handle localization processes, and update content using tools like JIRA and StructuredWeb.
  • Support team members in their regional approach of engaging partners in VMC
  • Provide administrative support the team needs to complete daily tasks
  • Provide clear directions and enablement materials for the team to conduct onboardings and recommend content to partners
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding of new team members (Channel Marketing Reps.)
  • Set up quarterly objective for each team member and monitor progress
  • Build a team environment with strong morale, positive energy, consultative and goal-oriented culture
  • Develop and monitor individual development plans to understand areas of highest potential and future career development, plan training, and proposedeveloping actions
  • Use Data for Improvement: Maintain and refine the Tableau KPI Dashboard for VMC performance metrics, analyze data trends, and develop strategies based on insights to enhance partner engagement initiatives.

Experience:

  • Marketing Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing (channel marketing preferred)
  • Digital Marketing: proven experience in managing digital marketing platforms and tools, including marketing automation systems.
  • Team Management: experience in leading and managing teams, preferably in a marketing or sales environment on
  • Project Coordination: demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Client/Partner Engagement: experience in liaising with external suppliers, partners, or clients to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Data Analysis: familiarity with analysing marketing performance metrics and KPIs, particularly using tools like Tableau.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in digital marketing or project management (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, PMP) are a plus

Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively convey information to partners and internal teams.
  • Presentation skills: Confidence in delivering presentation to audiences of any size
  • Project management skill: Ability to operate project management tools like JIRA, Confluence and similar, as well as CRM systems (e.g Salesforce)
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams across regions
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and provide insights for decision-making and strategy development.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate team members, fostering a positive team culture and high performance.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultural Awareness: Understanding of global markets and cultural nuances
