Job Description

HOLOGATE seeks a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead its digital presence and communications strategy. Responsibilities include managing the WordPress website, driving social media engagement, creating newsletters and press releases, producing marketing materials, processing customer requests, trade fair preparation, media relations, award submissions, and briefing other departments. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in WordPress and social media management, excellent writing and editing skills, and familiarity with Premiere Pro and Photoshop. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential, along with native-level fluency in German or English and excellent proficiency in the other.

Good to have:

Photography or videography skills
Film production experience

Responsibilities

Managing and optimizing our WordPress website, ensuring compelling content and excellent user experience
Driving engagement across social media channels with innovative content strategies
Creating and distributing engaging newsletters and press releases for company announcements and projects
Producing marketing materials
Processing of marketing requests from customers
Preparing for trade fairs
Developing and maintaining relationships with industry media contacts
Preparing award submissions
Compiling briefings for graphic and other departments

Key Qualifications

Proven experience managing WordPress websites and social media campaigns
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of published content
Knowledge with programs like Premiere Pro and Photoshop
Detail- oriented, ability to manage multiple priorities
Teamwork, communication & cross-group collaboration skills
Either German native with excellent English skills OR English native with excellent German skills
Photography or videography skills
Experience in film production is a plus
