Insider is looking for a forward-thinking, tech-savvy Marketing Operations Manager to enhance marketing strategy efficiency and effectiveness through advanced technology and data analytics. This hybrid role reports to the VP of Marketing and will be instrumental in optimizing the marketing tech stack and processes for better outcomes. Key responsibilities include owning and improving marketing operations and automation workflows, managing and optimizing the marketing technology ecosystem (HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring optimization of marketing automation processes, supporting campaign creation with efficient tools, developing training for global marketing teams, collaborating with Revenue Operations on lead flow management, and maintaining data integrity. The role also involves building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track marketing metrics, analyzing complex datasets to provide actionable insights, and monitoring marketing KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
