Job Description

As an MDM Administrator at Capgemini Engineering, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining mobile device management solutions. This includes the administration of Microsoft Intune, iOS device management, Windows Autopilot setup and deployment, and Azure AD. You will troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance policies are enforced, and utilize scripting for automation and reporting. This role involves collaboration with support teams and clients to improve overall activities and manage a backlog of improvement ideas. The role also requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of MDM technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in Intune and MDM administration.
  • Strong understanding of iOS device management, including supervised mode and VPP.
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot setup and deployment.
  • Familiarity with Azure AD, conditional access, and compliance policies.
  • Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell) for automation and reporting.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Is responsible for the overall measurement, analysis and implementation of any recommendations, ensuring desired outcome is achieved. Involved directly with other support teams and the client, owning the overall improvement activities. Owns overall backlog of improvement ideas and actions.
