The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate worldwide tour operations, ensuring they meet customer and agent requirements. They will lead and develop the operations team, maintaining quality and efficiency standards. Collaboration with Country Managers, the Sales team, and Network Offices is crucial. The role involves optimizing manpower, monitoring cancellation deadlines, ensuring SOP compliance, efficiently handling complaint resolution, and operating a system for data analysis. This position requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
Must have:
- Manage tour operations globally.
- Lead and develop the operations team.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience.
- 5+ years in a managerial role.

Overview
Our client is a leading travel service provider - a company with over 50 years of experience in delivering travel products globally, with their APAC headquarters in Hong Kong. They are seeking an Operations Manager to be based in Taipei.
- Manage and coordinate worldwide tour operations according to customer and agent requirements
- Lead and develop the operations team while ensuring quality and efficiency standards
- Collaborate with Country Managers, Sales team, and Network Offices
- Work with Head of Operation on manpower optimization and efficiency improvements
- Monitor cancellation deadlines and ensure compliance with standard SOPs
- Handle complaint resolution efficiently and operate system for data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Tourism / Hospitality Management
- Minimum 10 years of working experience with 5+ years in a managerial role
- Proven team leadership experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilitieslk
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Mature professional capable of performing under pressure
