Job Description

1. Responsible for the planning and design of overseas gaming community products.

2. Analyze community social needs, draw product prototypes, and write relevant requirement documents.

3. Familiar with the game creator ecosystem, establish a creator incentive system, and develop it into relevant product forms.

4. Continuously analyze product data and user feedback to improve user experience and enhance user retention.

5. Lead design, operations, and technical teams to jointly promote project implementation.

Job Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in community and marketing product roles, familiar with overseas community products such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and TikTok.

2. Innovation-driven, possessing a global perspective, and independently responsible for the full lifecycle of products or features.

3. Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, able to quickly identify problems from data and optimize.

4. Excellent Chinese and English copywriting, communication, and expression skills, with a high standard for copywriting, able to use precise vocabulary to optimize external communication announcements.
