As a Product Manager at HappyFox, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our B2B SaaS products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define, develop, and launch innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, and ensuring that our products remain competitive and valuable in the market.

As a Product Manager at HappyFox, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our B2B SaaS products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define, develop, and launch innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, and ensuring that our products remain competitive and valuable in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives. This includes identifying market opportunities, customer needs, and defining the product's feature set.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and customer interviews to understand customer pain points, requirements, and preferences. Use this data to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Feature Definition: Collaborate with the development and design teams to define product features, functionality, and user experience. Create detailed product specifications and user stories.
  • Prioritization: Prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business goals, and resource constraints. Ensure the development team is working on the most important and impactful tasks.
  • Solutioning/RFPs: Analyze RFPs and recommend solutions based on business requirements of prospective customers. Give product demos to customers based on need.
  • Launch and Go-to-Market: Plan and execute product launches, including marketing and sales strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product messaging and collateral.
  • User Feedback and Iteration: Continuously gather user feedback post-launch and use it to iterate and improve the product. Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to ensure our products remain competitive and cutting-edge.

Requirements
