Job Description

Tesla is seeking a Project Developer - Home Charging to maximize Wall Connector sales globally. Responsibilities include identifying and implementing programs to boost sales, analyzing customer feedback and trends to pinpoint obstacles and increase demand, collaborating cross-functionally to improve sales initiatives, aligning priorities with stakeholders, and managing pricing and channel strategy. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, clear communication, initiative ownership, cross-team coordination capabilities, and innovative problem-solving approaches. Experience in product marketing, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations within the EV, energy, or home consumer electronics industries is preferred.

What to Expect
Charging is a critical part of Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world's transition to a sustainable energy future. The Charging team is responsible for overseeing the massive expansion of charging infrastructure to support mass market electric vehicle ownership. As the Home Charging Developer, you will be responsible for maximizing sales of our Wall Connector product to residential customers globally.   
What You’ll Do
  • Identify and implement programs to maximize Wall Connector attach rate and sale 
  • Analyze customer feedback and order trends to identify key blockers for sales as well as actions to increase demand 
  • Work cross-functionally to align, test, and implement initiatives to improve sales 
  • Align on priorities with cross-functional and executive stakeholders 
  • Manage pricing and channel strategy 
What You’ll Bring
  • Ability to analyze data and tease out clear insights 
  • Clear and concise communication skills 
  • Ability to take ownership of an initiative from start to finish  
  • Coordinate across teams to implement new programs  
  • Novel perspective and approaches to solving problems 
  • Preferred: Functional experience in product marketing, growth strategy, go-to-market planning or business operations. 
  • Preferred: Industry experience in electric vehicles, energy, or home consumer electronics  
  • Preferred: 5+ years of working experience 
  • Preferred: Advanced degree in Business, Science, Technology or related fields
