Magnopus is searching for a Recruiting Coordinator to coordinate candidate interviews to meet our hiring demands and support the efforts of the Recruiting team. This role will be a part of the People team, and will partner directly with Recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to ensure an exceptional interview and candidate experience. This is a high visibility role at Magnopus, where you will interact with employees at all levels across the company and be an essential partner in providing support to our candidates and Recruiters.
When you’re not laser-focused on providing the best interview experience, you will be looking for ways to further improve our Recruiting processes, optimize our Applicant Tracking System, and lead our Intern recruiting program.
This candidate will have excellent organizational skills, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.
