Magnopus seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to manage candidate interviews, support the recruiting team, and enhance the candidate experience. This role involves coordinating schedules, updating the applicant tracking system (Lever), collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers, and ensuring timely communication. The coordinator will address scheduling changes, improve processes, and manage the intern program. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment support, positive candidate experience creation, complex calendar management, identifying process improvement opportunities, fostering communication, and partnering with other teams. The role also involves assisting with resume review and sourcing passive talent.

Job Details

Magnopus is searching for a Recruiting Coordinator to coordinate candidate interviews to meet our hiring demands and support the efforts of the Recruiting team. This role will be a part of the People team, and will partner directly with Recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to ensure an exceptional interview and candidate experience. This is a high visibility role at Magnopus, where you will interact with employees at all levels across the company and be an essential partner in providing support to our candidates and Recruiters.

When you’re not laser-focused on providing the best interview experience, you will be looking for ways to further improve our Recruiting processes, optimize our Applicant Tracking System, and lead our Intern recruiting program.

This candidate will have excellent organizational skills, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.

Responsible

    • Provide support throughout the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles, including coordinating and scheduling interviews, updating our internal applicant tracking system (Lever), and collaborating with candidates and recruiters at various stages of the interview process with speed and efficiency
    • Ensure a positive friendly candidate experience through timely follow-up, proactive problem solving and constant communication with both the candidate and recruiters throughout the candidate lifecycle
    • Effectively address last-minute scheduling changes and any other unexpected bumps in the interview process to ensure the best candidate experience possible
    • Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings within multiple time zones
    • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
    • Fosters open communication with hiring managers, recruiters and candidates regarding interview availability
    • Eagerness to assist with other tasks as needed
    • Partner with People Operations and Finance teams to create and route job requisitions for approval within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Lever
    • Collaborate with Recruiters to streamline our ATS and help further our best-in-class recruiting processes
    • Manage intern program
    • Keep high level of confidentiality at all times
    • Over time, as you grow within this role you will assist in reviewing resumes via our ATS and in sourcing passive talent through various tools including LinkedIn

Requirements

    • 1-2+ years of Recruitment Coordinator experience
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Good time management and organizational skills.
