Ciklum is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, become a member of our technical recruitment team in Pune. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.


Responsibilities:

Client Focus and Collaboration:

  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process (HR Interview, Technical Interview, DM call preparation of the candidates, and Client Interview coordination)
  • Collaborates with GTM’s to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria (more of a hands-on understanding about the JD through the GTM’s lens)
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods based on the available role and level, industry standards, and the needs of the Ciklum
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
  • Closely collaborate with recruitment managers, ramp-up managers, recruitment administration lead, business operations & other related stakeholders
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies


Communication and Innovation:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills would need to convince candidates about the values Ciklum and make sure they stay convinced about being available throughout the hiring process
  • Develop the recruitment business understanding & expertise through coaching, training and other activities
  • Review existing & create new emails templates/instructions partnering with communications for reaching out to candidates
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
  • Represent Ciklum to external audiences & demonstrate opinion leadership
  • Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment
  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing
  • Candidate management experience
  • Previous experience within an international and high-paced environment
  • Understanding of product engineering market (Angular, React, Node JS etc) and other related skills understanding is important criteria
  • Proficient with GSuite and MS Office Suite or related software
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
